Have You Ever Been Denied?

Daily Spark: Stop Getting Knocked Down
A customer leaves. A deal stalls. A key employee quits.
Business will hit you. The danger is letting every hit become a crisis that takes over your week.
Resilience is the first strategy in my Built to Charge framework because a company cannot grow if its leader has to start over emotionally after every setback.
When something goes wrong, name the problem. Decide what needs attention now, what can wait, and who owns the next action. Then move.
If a customer leaves, find out why. Protect the customers you still have. Fix what caused the loss. Get back to selling.
Today’s move: Write down one setback that is still weighing on you. Answer three questions: What happened? What is within my control? What will I do before the day ends? Then do it.
You can get knocked down and still lead the next move.
No one is better than you and no one is smarter than you.
